G33 Machine

See how the FAS STERYL G33 Machine transforms infectious waste into safe, municipal-grade output.

The G33 Advantage: Shred & Sterilise in One
Our integrated Integrated Sterilisation and Shredding (ISS) system is designed for hospitals, clinics, and laboratories seeking to eliminate the risks and costs of external waste disposal.
Total Compliance: Microbiological inactivation validated up to a 6-log reduction.
Eco-Friendly: Zero emissions (no dioxins or furans) and energy-saving modes that reduce consumption by up to 30%.
Volume Reduction: High-torque biaxial shredding reduces waste volume by 80%, turning sharps, plastics, and textiles into unrecognizable, dry solids.
Cost Efficiency: Eliminate transport fees and hazardous waste levies. Achieve full Return on Investment (ROI) in as little as 24–36 months.

How It Works
A fully automated, “plug-and-play” cycle managed by an intelligent microprocessor:
Load: Place infectious waste directly into the chamber.
Process: Simultaneous shredding and high-pressure steam sterilisation.
Output: Waste emerges sterile, dry, and safe to be disposed of as standard municipal waste.
Silent, compact, and smart—the G33 operates under 70 dB, ensuring no disruption to the clinical environment.

G67 Machine

G67 Machine Industrial-scale sterilization for infectious medical waste.

Key Feature: Redundant double-chamber system for continuous 24/7 operation.
Capacity: Processes up to 1,200 kg per hour (12 tons per day).

The 6-Phase Process

Phase A: Automated Loading & Shredding
Waste boxes are loaded onto a conveyor; the operator has zero contact with infectious material.
The industrial shredder homogenizes waste under a slight vacuum to prevent odor and pathogen escape.
Phase B: Transfer to Chamber
Shredded waste moves via a sealed screw conveyor into the sterilization chambers.
Phase C: Initial Vacuum
Air is removed from the chamber to ensure steam reaches every surface.
Extracted air is purified through medical-grade HEPA H14 filters.
Phase D: High-Temp Sterilization
Pressurized steam is injected at temperatures up to 142°C.
Internal mixing shafts rotate to ensure uniform heat exchange.

Phase E: Depressurization & Drying
A pulsed vacuum quickly cools the material and reduces its weight and humidity.
Phase F: Automated Unloading
Sterilized, non-recognizable waste is discharged into collection bags for final disposal or energy recovery.
Key Advantages (Closing Highlights)
Safety First: HEPA filtration and a 10⁻⁶ Sterility Assurance Level (SAL).
Efficiency: Integrated energy recovery system uses waste heat to power other facilities.
Compliance: Automatic PLC reporting validates every cycle; non-sterilized waste is never expelled.
Sustainability: Low maintenance costs and zero harmful emissions.
